For the purpose of this agreement 'The Samurider' shall mean Shaina West, 'thesamurider.com' website owner or the Personal and/or Business Affairs Manager of 'The Samurider/Shaina West'.

I hereby confirm I am the sole author/artist of the attached artwork and I hereby irrevocably give consent for my artwork to feature on any website or merchandise approved by 'The Samurider'. I further agree that once I have uploaded any artwork I will grant exclusive copyright to the site owner and wil not receive any renumeration for my work although I will be credited where it is deemed appropriate by 'The Samurider'.
